Raja Jackson, the 25-year-old son of MMA legend Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, is now facing a possible lawsuit and a serious police investigation after a shocking incident on August 23 at KnokX Pro Wrestling Academy in Los Angeles, California. He stormed the ring and knocked down independent wrestler Syko Stu, then punched him many times, more than 20. The Los Angeles Police Department is looking into the assault, and sources say California state authorities may soon take over. Meanwhile, Syko Stu has been released from the hospital and is recovering at home.

Raja Jackson’s legal trouble deepens as state steps in

As of early September 2025, the LAPD investigation is now expected to be taken over by state authorities in California, signaling a sharper legal focus on Raja Jackson’s actions. Insiders, including wrestler Doug “The Epic” Malo, say the evidence is so strong, videos, livestream footage, and witness accounts that the matter can’t stay slow-moving. “It’s not like he’s not going to jail,” Malo noted, pointing to what feels like a turning point in the case. Though no criminal charges are public yet, the attack has also sparked talk of civil action. Reports say lawyers are circling, and a lawsuit by Stuart Smith may come soon. On top of that, Raja has been banned from a separate Danger Pro Wrestling show, promoters say his name may have been used just to draw attention, and they don’t want him there.
