'Attacked with iron rods': BJP Yuva Morcha president Venkatesh murdered in Karnataka; accused flee
BJP yuva morcha president murdered in Gangavati

GANGAVATI (KOPPAL): In a cinematic-style incident in Gangavati (Koppal) early Wednesday morning, Venkatesh (31), president of the BJP Yuva Morcha, was murdered in front of Leelavati Hospital on Koppal Road. While travelling from Devi Nagar in Gangavati towards APMC via Julai Nagar, a car approached from behind and collided with his bike. The assailants then exited the car and attacked him with rods before fleeing the scene. Venkatesh succumbed to head and other injuries at the spot.
