The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a fourth reminder to all affiliated schools regarding the submission of registration data for Class IX and Class XI for the academic year 2025-2026. With the deadline looming, schools now have only three days left to complete the process.The official notice is provided below for schools to check and refer to.

Guidelines outlined in registration circular

In its Registration Circular No. CBSE/REGN/2025-2026 dated September 11, 2025, the Board had clearly outlined the expectations from schools:

  1. Ensure the accuracy of student data being submitted.
  2. Submit the correct subjects offered by each student.
  3. Ensure registration data for all candidates is complete and verified.

The Board emphasized that it is making every effort to collect accurate student data, but warned that schools must act responsibly. Any discrepancies in submission could lead to future problems for both institutions and students.

Reminder to Principals

“All Principals are reminded that only three days remain for the submission of registration data for Class IX and XI. Schools must ensure their submissions strictly follow the schedule and guidelines issued by CBSE,” the notice stated.Principals are urged to treat this deadline as non-negotiable to avoid any administrative or academic complications.For further details, schools can refer to the official CBSE notice here.
