First-ever Indian woman! 32-year-old Diana Pundole on the brink of history with Ferrari

Diana Pundole, a 32-year-old racer from Pune, is poised to create history as the first Indian woman to compete in a Ferrari at an international championship. She will participate in the Ferrari Club Challenge Middle East, scheduled from November 2025 to April 2026.Pundole will drive the Ferrari 296 Challenge car, competing across prestigious Formula One circuits in the Middle East. Her racing schedule includes tracks in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.“It’s truly an incredible honour. Being part of the Ferrari Club Challenge Middle East as the first Indian woman is a proud moment not just for me but for women in Indian motorsport. She will compete against international racers across multiple Middle Eastern circuits.This historic achievement represents a breakthrough for Indian women in motorsport, as Pundole becomes the first to race a Ferrari in international competition.
