According to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), banks will remain closed in the following states and union territories:

- Telangana
- Arunachal Pradesh
- Rajasthan
- Jammu and Kashmir
- Uttar Pradesh
- Nagaland

While banking counters will remain closed, digital services will continue to operate normally. Account holders are advised to complete any essential in-person banking tasks beforehand and rely on digital channels for uninterrupted access to core services.
