NEW DELHI: A Rouse Avenue Court on Monday sets aside order directing Delhi Police to investigate Kapil Mishra‘s role in the 2020 Delhi riots.The earlier order by the Magistrate court had sought additional investigation into Mishra’s involvement in the case, according to news agency ANI. Both Mishra and the Delhi Police had challenged that order before the Sessions Court. In its ruling, the Sessions Court directed the Magistrate to proceed with the hearings in accordance with law.
