J&K: High court seeks UT reply on PoJK Displaced Persons

JAMMU: High court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has issued notice to J&K UT administration, seeking its response to a PIL that urges directions to the J&K authorities on matters concerning Displaced Persons of 1947 from Pakistan-occupied Jammu & Kashmir (PoJK).A division bench comprising chief justice Arun Palli and justice Rajnesh Oswal issued the notice on a PIL filed by Jammu Kashmir Action Committee through its president, Gurdev Singh.
