Three Indian-origin men arrested in US for stealing two semi-truck trailers with $500,000 worth of cargo

Three Indian-origin men — Arashdeep Singh, Deepindeer Singh and Harman Pal Singh — have been arrested in Storey County, Nevada, after they stole two semi-truck trailers with products worth over $500,000. Local media identified them as California residents. The theft was fisst reported on January 29 when detectives wer alerted that two semi-truck trailers with high-value products had been stolen. The investigators coordinated with the owner and located the two stolen trailers in an industrial area in Sparks, Nevada. On January 30, a Storey County detective spotted a semi truck and a passenger vehicle approach the stolen trailers, attach it, and drive away.

  • Possess stolen property, value $100,000.00 or more (felony)
  • Attempt to possess stolen property, value $100,00.00 or more (felony)

Deepindeer Singh (age 26 of Manteca, California)

  • Possess stolen property, value $100,000.00 or more (felony)
  • Attempt to possess stolen property, value $100,00.00 or more (felony)

Harman Pal Singh (age 25 of Lodi, California)

  • Possess stolen property, value $100,000.00 or more (felony)
  • Attempt to possess stolen property, value $100,00.00 or more (felony)
