NEW DELHI: The DMK and Congress on Wednesday finalised their seat-sharing agreement for the Tamil Nadu assembly polls, with the grand old party set to contest 28 seats in the 234-member assembly.Under the agreement, the Congress will also get a Rajya Sabha berth from Tamil Nadu.(This is a developing story)
