'Not worth sharing a life with': Alina Habba secretly divorces Gregg Reuben, buys house in Florida near Mar-a-Lago

MAGA leader and President Donald Trump’s former personal lawyer Alina Habba has quietly divorced Gregg Reuben as her friends said she is lucky enough to “leave a man not worth sharing a life with”. Post her divorce, the 41-year-old mother of two moved to Florida and bought a house just down the road from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club, the Daily Mail reported. The divorce was quickly settled amicably after Habba filed for it in New Jersey Superior Court last month. They separated last year. Reuben was Habba’s second husband and the duo got married in 2020 in New Jersey around the same time Habba began working for Trump — a year after her divorce from her first husband Matthew Eyet, also the father of Habba’s two children.

Who is Gregg Reuben?

Reuben, a Harvard Business School graduate, is the millionaire founder of New York City-based parking management company Centerpark. He is a father of one, chair of the Transportation Department’s Advisory Board. One source familiar with the divorce told Daily Mail that it was amicable and not at all messy, although confirmed it was Habba who initiated the divorce and filed the papers in New Jersey court. “If there’s one thing I know about Alina Habba, it’s that she doesn’t take s**t from anyone,” they told the Daily Mail. “She’s famously described herself as a ‘feisty Jersey girl,’ and anyone who’s met one knows exactly what that means,” they added.”She’s widely successful, a rockstar mom, and I have no doubt she’ll eventually find someone who celebrates her sparkle instead of trying to dim it,” they added.“Alina is constantly working and running, traveling — the woman doesn’t stop, I’ve never seen anything quite like it. She’s a machine,” one friend said adding that her husband was very much in the shadows.
