California man seen on camera exposing himself to woman inside store, cops seek help in identifying him

The LA County Sheriff’s department is looking for this man who was caught exposing himself inside a store in Santa Clarita.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has circulated the photo of a man, who was seen exposing himself to a woman shopper inside a food store. The indecent act was caught on the surveillance cameras inside the store. The incident took place on March 23 between 7.30 and 8pm inside a Whole Foods store in the 24100 block of Valencia Boulevard in Valencia. The department on Monday released a photo of the suspect wearing a denim shirt and jeans. He is described as a man in his 30s with black hair and brown eyes, standing just over 6 feet tall and weighing around 220 pounds.Authorities say the suspect could face multiple charges, including indecent exposure and sexual battery.“A pervert is shopping with us. It’s very upsetting,” one shopper named Norma told Eyewitness News, which obtained the footage. As the video went viral, many unverified claims about the identity of the suspect were made and it became a trigger for hate speech on X. “A man was caught on camera inside a Southern California Whole Foods allegedly pulling down his pants and pressing his genitals against a woman’s ear. Absolute insanity. I hope they find this pervert quickly and lock him up,” Mario Nawfal wrote. Some social media users claimed that both the man and the woman were probably acting for a video, as they seemed to be talking to each other in the viral video.
