Even though no one was hurt, legal steps are now being taken. According to TMZ, Bullard has hired personal injury lawyer Jason Fagnano, who has already filed legal paperwork in court. Woods is already facing charges like DUI, property damage, refusing a lawful test, and careless driving. Now, this new move adds more pressure on the golf legend.

Jeromy Bullard, who runs a pressure washing business, was simply slowing down to turn into a driveway when the crash happened. Woods tried to pass his truck and trailer but ended up hitting the back of it. The impact flipped Woods’ SUV onto its side. Reports say Bullard’s equipment and vehicle suffered around $5,000 in damage.
Even though Bullard has not said he will sue, hiring a lawyer is an important step. Jason Fagnano, who handles accident cases, will now represent him as the case moves forward. This means Woods could face more legal trouble depending on how things unfold.After the crash, Woods managed to get out of his car but failed a field sobriety test. Police later arrested him. Along with a photo, she wrote, “Love you.” According to Daily Mail, she is strongly encouraging Woods to get proper help and avoid repeating past mistakes.
