NBA legend Allen Iverson drafts a heartfelt post dedicated to his former teammate Carmelo Anthony. The post came after the announcement of Anthony picking up Allen and Dwyane Wade as the presenters for his Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Allen and Anthony spent three seasons together as part of the Denver Nuggets. The induction ceremony has been scheduled for September 6, 2025. It will be held in Springfield, Massachusetts.

One of them is Allen Iverson, a former teammate from the Denver Nuggets and Anthony’s best friend from the league, Dwyane Wade. Reacting to the honor bestowed upon Iverson, the Hall of Famer took to Instagram and expressed his feelings at the moment.Allen posted a series of pictures from their days together with the Nuggets. The pictures show both players celebrating after a point, strategizing their game, posing for the camera, preparing for the camp, and even having fun times outside the court with their little pranks on each other. While remembering their old days, Allen wrote, “Congratulations Bro! I’m HONORED and blessed to be chosen to welcome you into the Hall of Fame! @carmeloanthony #HOF”Anthony and Allen were regarded as the best duo during their time together with the Nuggets.

Anthony made the revelation at an interview with Ahmed Fareed at Churchill Downs during NBC Sports’ Kentucky Derby coverage.After a remarkable 19-season run in the NBA, Anthony is now all set to leave a mark as a studio analyst for the game.
