Stefon Diggs’ relationship with Cardi B has been in the eye of a storm ever since the Grammy winner announced their pregnancy. Ever since their pregnancy announcement, Stefon Diggs has found himself involved in a paternity dispute with another woman, accusations of sexual assault by a man and now, the star player has been sued by an ex girlfriend, Mulan Hernandez. Amid the mess, the Grammy winner Cardi B has broken her silence with a cryptic post.

A few hours ago, after her boyfriend, the New England Patriots’ star player, Stefon Diggs, was sued by his alleged ex girlfriend, the Grammy winner posted a message on X.The “Am I the Drama?” rapper posted, “Just wishing y’all a good day 😘😘” but made no statements about Stefon Diggs’ new lawsuit.According to Page Six, Mulan Hernandez filed a countersuit in April after Stefon Diggs accused her of assault and extortion in February 2025.

What happened between Stefon Diggs and Mulan Hernandez?

For the unversed, as per the court documents, in Mulan Hernandez’s lawsuit, she states that on 7th June 2024, Stefon Diggs physically assaulted her, which resulted in a concussion.However, that’s not all; the lawsuit also alleges that Stefon Diggs wanted her to sign a non disclosure agreement to keep the event private.Mulan Hernandez claimed, “He mounted an effort to induce [her] into signing a non-disclosure agreement so that [his] malicious and egregious act would be kept from the NFL and from public view…”In a wild turn of events, the lawsuit filed by Stefon Diggs months before Mulan Hernandez filed one, the New England Patriots’ star player has accused her and her friend, Brianna Mack, extortion, physical assault and damaging his property.At this point in time, Mulan Hernandez has asked for a minimum of a whopping $250,000 and not more than $1 million.Stefon Diggs has maintained his silence and has not responded to the lawsuit.
