NEW DELHI: Delhi’s air quality remained in the ‘very poor’ category on Friday, with the overall Air Quality Index (AQI) standing at 311 at 9am, according to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). As per news agency PTI, out of 38 monitoring stations across the city, 26 reported ‘very poor’ air quality, while Bawana topped the pollution chart with an AQI of 366, followed by Jahangirpuri at 348.

The maximum temperature is expected to reach around 26°C.The IMD also predicted shallow fog through the day, causing low visibility in several parts of the city.(With agency inputs)
