NIA seeks in-camera hearing in Yasin case

NEW DELHI: NIA on Monday urged Delhi HC to conduct in-camera hearings on its plea seeking the death penalty for Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front chief Yasin Malik in a 2017 terror-funding case, citing national security concerns.HC posted the matter for further hearing on Jan 28. Malik is serving a life term in Tihar Jail in the case after a sessions court convicted him in 2022.
