To support her point, she shared a link to an article from Pakistan’s Express Tribune titled “Inside Hindutva’s American headquarters.” The article accuses HAF of promoting Hindutva in the US through legal action, lobbying, and narratives.HAF executive director Suhag Shukla responded on X and dismissed Truschke’s claim. Shukla questioned her credibility and asked how a historian could rely on what she called “AI-generated Pakistani propaganda” to attack Hindu Americans. “Let that sink in,” Shukla said.
