Breakdancing against all odds in Goma

In Goma, eastern DR Congo, two young dancers are using their art to push back against the weight of their surroundings.

For them, dance is more than just movement – it is an outlet, a form of resistance, and a chance to claim joy in a place where conflict and instability have shaped daily life for more that 30 years.

Their story is one of resilience, community, and hope.
