After her own tough battle with the “twisties” that forced her out of the Tokyo Olympics, she spoke about the importance of taking care of mental health. At a motivational talk called “The Power of Believing”, she told young gymnasts that it’s okay to ask for help. Her words, “Everyone deserves help,” touched hearts around the world.

In Buenos Aires, Simone Biles met a group of young gymnasts and spoke about her personal journey. She said, “Sometimes, we can’t fix all our problems ourselves and we need to get help.”She explained that there’s nothing weak about asking for support, it’s actually “strong and brave.” Having once suffered from the “twisties,” she knows how scary it can be to face mental struggles alone.The official Olympics Instagram page shared pictures from the event, showing Biles smiling and encouraging young gymnasts. She also shared how her focus on mental health helped her perform better at the Paris Olympics. “That’s why you saw so much of my success in Paris,” she said. “Because the mental and physical were both strong and working together.”During her two-day trip, Biles led a motivational conference on the first day and a gymnastics clinic on the second. At the clinic, she guided young athletes, helped one perform a backbend, and gave high-fives to others. The joy on the kids’ faces showed just how much her presence meant to them.
