JAIPUR: A light-hearted moment has emerged from Chomu, Jaipur, amid reports of stress, pressure, and even deaths of BLOs engaged in Special Intensive Revision (SIR) work across India.A video from Chomu shows sub-divisional Officer (SDM) Dilip Singh Rathore dancing with BLOs and other officers. The event followed the completion of SIR work in the Chomu assembly constituency, where Rathore organised a party for all BLOs on Monday night.He danced energetically with the staff to the DJ.Chomu assembly constituency, one of 17 in Jaipur district, completed 100% enumeration of electoral rolls on Monday evening.Rathore, who is also the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) of the constituency, said, “We enjoyed the evening being the first constituency in the district to complete the target.”Officials organised a felicitation programme for the 232 BLOs at the Keshargarh Haveli Marriage Garden in Chomu. The celebration marked the successful completion of the intensive electoral work by the team.
