NEW DELHI: Union home minister in a public address in Assam’s Dibrugarh launched scathing attacks at Congress and Rahul Gandhi. Accusing the LoP of disrespecting the state’s culture, the home minister blamed him for the violence and chaos in Assam.Addressing the public rally in poll-bound Assam, Shah said, “Rahul Gandhi (was the) only person during the President’s At Home event to not wear Assam’s gamosa… I want to ask Congress, Rahul Gandhi did not wear Assam’s gamosa. Everyone present at the President’s house, including the international guests, wore it. What enmity does Rahul Gandhi have with the northeast? BJP won’t allow insult of region’s culture.
