Following the Seahawks’ dominant 29–13 victory over the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LX, the city is ready to welcome home the Lombardi Trophy. Whether you’re heading downtown or watching from home, here is your complete guide to the 2026 Championship Parade.
The Schedule: Wednesday, Feb 11
The festivities are split between a stadium ceremony and the public parade. If you don’t have a ticket for the stadium, your best bet is to find a spot along 4th Avenue early.
- 8:30 AM: Gates open at Lumen Field for the Trophy Celebration.
- 10:00 AM: The Official Trophy Celebration begins (Sold Out). This event features speeches from Coach Mike Macdonald and Super Bowl MVP
Kenneth Walker III. - 11:00 AM: The Victory Parade officially kicks off from Pioneer Square.
- 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM: The procession travels through downtown, ending near the Seattle Center.
The Parade Route
Unlike the 2014 celebration, this year’s route runs South to North, allowing fans to transition from the stadium district toward the Space Needle.
- Start: 4th Avenue S and S Washington Street.
- The Path: The team will ride on open-top vehicles directly up 4th Avenue.
- End: 4th Avenue and Cedar Street.
Note: No formal rally is planned at the Seattle Center after the parade, the procession will conclude once the final vehicles reach the Cedar Street intersection.
How to Watch & Follow Along
With crowds expected to exceed 1 million people, local officials are encouraging fans to watch the broadcast if they want to avoid the “sea of 12s.”
- Live Television: KING 5 is the exclusive local broadcast partner. Coverage begins at 9:00 AM.
- Streaming: You can watch the full ceremony and parade via the KING 5 app or KING5.com.
- Radio: Seattle Sports 710 AM will provide live play-by-play of the parade atmosphere.
Essential Fan Tips
- Transportation: Sound Transit and King County Metro are running on “commuter-plus” schedules, but expect heavy delays. Avoid driving into the downtown core; most cross-streets on 4th Avenue are closed until 1:30 PM.
- Weather: Expect classic Seattle February luck, partly sunny with a high of 50°F. It’s significantly warmer than the “Big Freeze” parade of 2014, but layers are still recommended.
- Rally Cards: Select Starbucks locations along the route are handing out exclusive “World Champions” rally cards while supplies last.
This victory marks a historic “redemption” for Seattle, coming exactly 11 years after their last meeting with the Patriots on the championship stage. Today, the city makes sure the trophy stays in the Pacific Northwest.
