Nepal fell short by just four runs, which was also the second-lowest winning margin for a Full Member nation against an Associate team. Italy, on the other hand, come into the match after suffering a 73-run defeat to Scotland. The third fixture will see India face Namibia at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi at 7 pm IST. India are coming off a 29-run win over the USA, but there is a concern in the camp. Opener Abhishek Sharma is likely to miss the game due to a stomach infection, accompanied by high fever and severe weight loss. Sanju Samson, who was the designated first-choice wicketkeeper ahead of the World Cup, is likely to open the batting. Samson was dropped for Ishan Kishan because of a poor run of form in the New Zealand series. Namibia head into the match after a seven-wicket loss to the Netherlands.
