“Using the women card”: Mizkif says Emiru should face “jail time” over allegations that damaged his career
Kick streamer Matthew “Mizkif” has reignited controversy with Emily “Emiru,” accusing her of ruining his reputation with false allegations. The dispute began in October 2025 when Emiru accused him of sexual assault and abuse during a Twitch stream. Mizkif denies the claims and has filed a lawsuit, saying the accusations harmed his career, reputation, and personal life.

Kick streamer Matthew “Mizkif” has reignited his feud with fellow content creator Emily “Emiru,” claiming her accusations ruined his reputation. The long-running controversy has resurfaced after Mizkif spoke about it during a recent livestream, where he told thousands of viewers that the allegations dramatically changed his public life and career. It began in October 2025, when Emiru mentioned in a Twitch stream that they had had an affair in the past and that Mizkif sexually assaults, abuses, stalks, harasses, and exercises control over him. Mizkif has refuted the allegations and sued claiming that they were harmful and plotted, which damaged his career and reputation significantly.

Mizkif says the accusations ruined his reputation

On March 4, 2026, during a livestream, Mizkif became very emotional while talking to his fans. He said that the accusations made him very public and isolated in the streaming world.“This is the fking person that said I… went live, with 60,000 viewers, and told everyone that I sexually assaulted her. Made everyone stop talking to me. This is the fking person that did all this stuff, chat. This person fked my life. I got called a fking rapist, for this! This s**t! She literally says it was her emotional definition, not the definition of sexual assault.”Two days later, the streamer returned to the topic during another broadcast. This time, he argued that the consequences of what he described as false accusations should be far more serious.“It legitimately should be jail time. I’m so… it should be f**king… what she did, using women, and the women card, and using what she did should mean jail time. I don’t know how anyone else can see otherwise. It should be jail time.”Mizkif also suggested that his polarizing online image made him an easier target for criticism and allegations.“I know I’m not the most liked figure, it’s partially why she did it. She did it because I’m not liked. I know that I’m not liked for different reasons, and whole ball games of crap, but nothing compares to stuff like this. Nothing. No tree climbing, no anything else compares to something like this, it just does not.”The streamer even addressed comments from viewers who argued that Emiru’s statements might simply reflect legal advice from her attorneys.“‘You realize she’s not doing any of this, right? It’s her lawyers…’ So let me get this straight: her lawyer is lying on her behalf, and her lawyer is saying everything on her behalf that’s not true? Do you really think that that makes any sense, man? That it’s just her lawyer speaking?”He followed that response with a sarcastic remark questioning the logic behind that defense.“Is that what you can use in court? ‘Oh, um, yeah, so, I committed a crime, but I actually didn’t, my lawyer said that, when, like, I didn’t do it. I don’t know why he said that, like, that’s weird,’ what a stupid f**king thing to say.”The fight between Mizkif and Emiru is still one of the most talked-about issues in the streaming world, even as the legal battle goes on. If both sides stick to their guns, the final decision may be made in court instead of on stream.
