Shah Rukh Khan has once again secured a place on the Hurun Global Rich List, reinforcing his position not only as one of cinema’s biggest stars but also as a prominent business figureAccording to the list, released on March 5, Shah Rukh Khan’s net worth is estimated at USD 1.3 billion (approximately Rs 10,800 crore), making him one of the wealthiest actors in the world. The wealth calculations for the ranking were assessed up to January 15. India currently holds the third spot with 308 billionaires, while China and the United States lead the list with 1,110 and 1,000 billionaires, respectively.The list also features several global celebrities. Music icons such as Jay-Z with USD 2.8 billion, Taylor Swift with USD 1.6 billion, and Rihanna with USD 1.5 billion appear alongside sports legends like Michael Jordan, whose wealth is estimated at USD 3.6 billion, and Tiger Woods with USD 1.9 billion.Although Shah Rukh has retained his position on the list, his wealth has slightly declined compared to last year. In 2025, his net worth was estimated at Rs 12,490 crore (around USD 1.4 billion). At that time, his fortune even surpassed that of Taylor Swift, whose wealth stood at roughly USD 1.3 billion. This year, however, Swift has moved ahead of the Bollywood star.Apart from Shah Rukh, film producer Namit Malhotra, known for backing Ramayana starring Ranbir Kapoor—has also entered the list for the first time. Gautam Adani follows as the second-richest Indian, ranked 23rd worldwide with an estimated wealth of Rs 7.5 lakh crore.On work front, Shah Rukh Khan will next appear in ‘King’, directed by Siddharth Anand, who earlier collaborated with him on Pathaan. The film will also mark the theatrical debut of his daughter Suhana Khan.
