They mentioned his failure to sign the notice seeking the removal of CEC Gyanesh Kumar, and defying the party line on walkouts over issues in the House. Chadha was accused by Punjab CM Bhagwant Singh Mann, leader of the party in the Rajya Sabha Sanjay Singh, and leader of the opposition in Delhi, and Atishi of engaging in \u201csoft PR\u201d in Parliament.<!-- --> Asked by a journalist if he believed Chadha was compromised, Mann replied, \u201cYes\u201d.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"7\"\/> <span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"9\"\/><\/p>\n<div data-pos=\"0\" class=\"id-r-component iIpbx undefined  &#10;\">\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Won\u2019t be cowed, says Raghav, AAP brass says he indulged in \u2018soft PR\u2019\" msid=\"130011152\" width=\"\" title=\"\" placeholdersrc=\"https:\/\/static.toiimg.com\/photo\/83033472.cms\" imgsize=\"\" resizemode=\"4\" offsetvertical=\"0\" placeholdermsid=\"47529300\" type=\"thumb\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/static.toiimg.com\/photo\/msid-130011152\/wont-be-cowed-says-raghav-aap-brass-says-he-indulged-in-soft-pr.jpg\" data-api-prerender=\"true\"\/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><h2>Mann questions Raghav\u2019s focus: \u2018Samosas over serious issues?\u2019<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"13\"\/>Mann criticised Raghav Chadha for raising issues such as the price of samosas at airports while ignoring core issues prioritised by AAP, and accused him of deviating from the party line.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"15\"\/>Mann said, \u201cIf the party gives a line to raise specific issues, such as valid votes being deleted (in West Bengal), 160 AAP leaders and volunteers being booked in Gujarat, or Punjab\u2019s issues, like attempts to polarise communities, MSP, Centre holding back GST funds or rural development fund but someone raises issues of samosas at airports or pizza delivery time, won\u2019t it raise doubts that he is talking from a different station?\u201d \u2018Jo Dar Gaya Samjho Mar Gaya\u2019 jibe (those who live in fear are as good as dead), AAP leaders taunted their estranged colleague.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"18\"\/>The slugfest started after Chadha, an RS MP from Punjab since 2022, put out a video message on X. \u201cTo those who have snatched my right to speak in Parliament, I would like to say don\u2019t take my silence for defeat. I am that river which can turn into a devastating deluge when the time comes,\u201d he warned.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"20\"\/>The Rajya Sabha MP asked if speaking about the common man\u2019s problems in Parliament was a crime. \u201cToday, I ask this as AAP has told the Rajya Sabha secretariat that Raghav Chadha should not be given time to speak in Parliament. <!-- -->Now, why would anyone want to stop me from speaking?\u201d he asked and went on to list the diverse issues he has raised, ranging from expensive food at airports, problems faced by food delivery riders, to tax on the middle-class.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"24\"\/>Sanjay Singh questioned Chadha\u2019s silence on the many issues \u2014 from LPG cylinders, to manipulation of votes in West Bengal, rights of Punjab under attack and the atrocities being faced by AAP volunteers in Gujarat. <!-- -->\u201cOn all these issues, Raghav Chadha keeps silent.
