A man from the car got out, placed a bouquet, and drove away. <span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"5\"\/>The <a href=\"https:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/topic\/crpf\" styleobj=\"[object Object]\" class=\"\" commonstate=\"[object Object]\" frmappuse=\"1\">CRPF<\/a> was deployed for security at the VIP gate.
