In a podcast with Canadian businesswoman Arlene Dickinson, Sophie said she learned to “listen to the music, not the noise”. Sophie did not mention Katy Perry’s name but the suggestion was clear as Dickinson asked her how she stays cool amid much public glare. Sophie said she is aware that a lot of “public stuff affects us” and that “public stuff out there can be triggers”. \u201cHow you react to stuff is your decision. The woman I want to become through this is my decision,” she said adding that getting triggered will only increase stress levels.When Sophie was asked about her journey as a single mom, she said she’s not and credited Justin for paying attention to the family, the kids that they shared. \u201cI can\u2019t say I\u2019m a single mom because we have raised these kids together,” she said.\u201cWe call each other up.
