Areas including Vasant Kunj, R K Puram, Connaught Place, and Minto Bridge experienced intense showers since early morning, leading to waterlogging and traffic jams.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"2\"\/><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"4\"\/><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"6\"\/>Slow vehicular movement and congestion are seen at several places, including Panchkuian Marg, Mathura Road, Shastri Bhawan, RK Puram, Moti Bagh, Kidwai Nagar, following heavy downpour in Delhi\/NCR.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"8\"\/><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"10\"\/><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"12\"\/>Meanwhile, India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a red alert for the national capital, predicting &#8220;thunderstorm with rain,&#8221; but later downgraded to a yellow alert.
